1. Program Overview

• The Program is a self-paced, 4-week certification course designed to train participants as Bodygraph Chart Virtual Assistants.
• The enrollment fee is $997 (USD) per participant.
• A maximum of 10 students will be accepted.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Participants must pay the full program fee of $997 to secure their spot.
• Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All fees are non-refundable, including cases where the Program is not completed within the specified 4-week period.

3. Program Completion Requirements

• Participants must complete all modules and coursework within the 4-week period.
• A final questionnaire and video call with Bodygraph Chart members will serve as an exam to validate knowledge. Passing the questionnaire is mandatory for certification.

4. Certification and Directory Listing

• Successfully certified participants will:
  • Receive a Bodygraph Chart Virtual Assistant Certification.
  • Be listed in the Bodygraph Chart Virtual Assistant Directory for 12 months for free.
  • Be available for booking by the Bodygraph Chart community.
• Virtual Assistants listed in the directory are expected to:
  • Assist clients in setting up their Bodygraph Chart systems.
  • Mentor businesses and provide guidance for starting operations.

5. Code of Conduct

• Virtual Assistants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully with clients at all times.
• Bodygraph Chart reserves the right to remove any Virtual Assistant from the directory for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
  • Unethical practices.
  • Poor customer interactions.
  • Any actions deemed detrimental to the Bodygraph Chart community.

6. Certification Expiration and Renewal

• The certification is valid for 12 months.
• To maintain certification, participants must renew annually by completing a refresher course designed to update and enhance their skills.

7. Program Delivery

• The Program is self-paced; participants are responsible for their own learning and study schedule.

8. Non-Completion Policy

• Participants who fail to complete the Program and pass the final questionnaire within the 4-week deadline will not receive a certification.
• No refunds will be issued for non-completion.

9. Intellectual Property

• All Program materials are the intellectual property of Bodygraph Chart and are provided solely for the use of enrolled participants.
• Program materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Bodygraph Chart.

10. Amendments

• Bodygraph Chart reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Bodygraph Chart is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the Program.
• Certification does not guarantee employment or client bookings.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Bodygraph Chart Virtual Assistant Certification Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
