About Us

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers in resolving issues, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  2. Ticket Management: Create and manage support tickets using Trello, ensuring that all issues are clearly documented and escalated to the development team as needed.
  3. Client Onboarding: Participate in client onboarding meetings, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
  4. Team Collaboration: Attend company meetings, contributing insights and staying informed on company-wide initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English: Perfect command of English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • MS Office Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • HTML & CSS: Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to assist with basic coding tasks as needed.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with popular platforms such as WordPress, WIX, Kajabi, and newsletter platforms. You should be comfortable navigating these systems and providing support to clients using them.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and learning new software tools, particularly for managing customer inquiries and support tickets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
