Job Summary

As an Onboarding Assistant, you will be the primary guide for our new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they set up their services with us. Your role is crucial in aiding customers with the integration of charts and the setup of third-party applications, such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, among others. Your technical skills should include the ability to modify CSS, such as altering button colors, and you will also assist customers in designing Human Design Reading Reports.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist new customers in integrating charts into their platforms, ensuring they leverage full functionality and best practices.
  2. Guide customers through the setup of third-party applications, including but not limited to Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and ActiveCampaign.
  3. Provide technical assistance with CSS modifications, such as changing button colors to align with brand guidelines.
  4. Help customers design and generate HD Reading Reports, ensuring the content is engaging and meets quality standards.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their setups are successful and to gather feedback to improve the onboarding process.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, integration methods, and the latest trends in the industry.

Work Environment
