I describe myself as a Corporate refugee, recovering people pleaser, celebrated hugger and spiritual soul meandering my way on the path to enlightenment. As a certified life coach, I founded ME-HER-US, LLC as an organization dedicated to leading transformational and healing conversations about women and leadership.
Combining Gestalt principles and Human Design with the practice of healing circles, somatic experiences and ritual, I create caring, trusted communities to hold space for leaders to rest, reflect and transmute burnout, social bullying and disappointment into clarity and autonomy for the purpose of building personally satisfying and fulfilling life.

My Education and Career
I’m a passionate world traveler - born in Uruguay, raised in Canada and currently living in the USA for 26+ years. I’ve traveled to 5 of our 7 continents and speak 5 languages…although due to a severe lack of practice, I’m only fluent in 2.5)
After 30+ years in Corporate IT, I returned to school to study accounting, psychology and Gestalt practice. I’m a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) and received my training through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Standard reports are available, but my focus is on providing a customized response that goes beyond the standard report.
