Virtual Assistant Agreement with Bodygraph Cusstomer

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of signing (“Effective Date”) between the undersigned Virtual Assistant (“VA”) and the undersigned Customer (“Customer”).

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the VA will provide integration support services to the Customer using Bodygraph.com systems.

2. VA’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The VA agrees to provide services in accordance with Bodygraph.com systems and integration tools.
The VA shall provide high-quality, timely, and professional services to ensure Customer satisfaction.
The VA agrees to complete the tasks as outlined in the specific work request provided by the Customer.
The VA shall not disclose any confidential information received from the Customer or Bodygraph.com to any third party.

3. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer agrees to cooperate with the VA and provide all necessary information to complete the integration.
The Customer agrees to pay the VA the agreed-upon fees directly upon completion of services.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any information provided to the VA is accurate and complete.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The Customer agrees to pay the VA directly after the successful completion of services.
The VA and Customer have agreed to a specific price list for all VA services, which is provided to the Customer at the time of agreement.
Any issues with payment must be resolved directly between the VA and the Customer.

5. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with notice, should the other party fail to meet its responsibilities under this Agreement.
The VA may cease providing services if the Customer engages in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
In the event of termination, any outstanding payments must be settled between the VA and the Customer.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both the VA and Customer shall treat all proprietary information, including customer data, Bodygraph.com tools, and methods, as confidential.
Confidentiality shall remain in effect even after the completion of this Agreement.

7. LIABILITY

The VA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from any action or omission under this Agreement.
The Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the VA harmless for any issues arising from the services provided.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled under the governing laws of the jurisdiction in which the VA operates.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, both the Customer and the VA agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
