What are the top apps for Human Design and Astrology Businesses?

Like everything else in business, that depends.

I will say this:

Please don’t get carried away thinking that you need to have all of the bells and whistles.

I’m going to go over, in order of importance, my recommendations.
Assume that Bodygraph Chart is leading the way before you grab any of these, ok?

1 – An email provider such as Kit, Mailerlite, Flodesk, Mailchimp, etc.
Why?
Because it’s of utmost importance that you move people over from your social media to your own world and you’ll do that best by getting them into your email world.

2 – An online calendar to easily schedule appointments.
I use Calendly but there are many others that will work just fine. You want something you can easily add your availability into along with your different appointment types so that people can easily book with you. Ideally, your calendar system will connect with your payment provider (Stripe or Paypal)

3 – Canva
If you’re posting on social media, Canva will make your life a breeze.
Use the free version until you need to upgrade – it will be a while!

4 – ChatGPT paid version
Yes. As a copywriter, I’m recommending you have the paid version of ChatGPT.
On my own podcast, I recorded an episode that tells you how to use AI without it stealing your voice.

There are brilliant ways to be using AI to save time in our businesses and I’ll take that for the win any day! Think … creating show notes, outlining blog posts, repurposing content, clarifying a message, etc.

5 – A social media scheduler.
I use SmarterQueue and love it but there are many others. This frees your time to be doing more long lasting things in your business than posting to social media in the moment daily.

6 – Trello or some other system to organize your ideas.
I keep boards for each of my paid offers with testimonials, content ideas, modules, everything that I need in one place.
I’ve actually found the free version to offer more flexibility than the paid one!

7 – AI video editor
If you’re not using an AI video editor in your business, what are you even doing?
😝There are too many choices to mention but most will help you to repurpose longer form content, splice videos together, and create really engaging video content for your audience in way less time with way less money than relying on your human skills.
