I get it.
Delegating is scary.

And … delegating is necessary.

Depending on how much you charge for client work in your business, it may be COSTING you big time to do every little thing yourself!

I understand that you may not yet be at a gazillion dollars in your business but even the leanest of businesses can often afford to delegate SOMETHING and that time can be better spent doing something that will actually GROW your business rather than the grunt work.
