Purpose of the Bodygraph.com Website Builder
The Bodygraph.com Website Builder is designed to provide subscribers with a fully functional, easy-to-design website to launch, grow, and scale their Human Design and Astrology businesses.
Intellectual Property
- The subscriber retains full ownership of any intellectual property associated with materials created, developed, or connected through the Bodygraph.com Website Builder.
Website Builder Fees
- One website is provided free of charge for active Bodygraph.com subscribers.
- Additional websites require a subscription fee of $9.97 per month.
- Subscription fees for additional websites are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Usage Limits & Traffic Restrictions
- The Bodygraph.com Website Builder supports up to 100,000 monthly visitors per website.
- If traffic exceeds this limit, subscribers will be contacted regarding upgrade requirements.
- Failure to respond to notifications regarding traffic limits may result in temporary website suspension until a resolution is reached.
Usage Requirements & Content Restrictions
- Hosting is strictly limited to websites utilizing Bodygraph.com tools for Human Design or Astrology businesses.
- Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that all website content is original and does not violate copyright laws or contain inappropriate, unlawful, or immoral material.
- Content violating copyright, legal regulations, or ethical standards may result in website suspension or account termination.
- Subscribers assume full responsibility for any fines, legal claims, or damages resulting from unlawful website activity.
Cancellation Policy
- If a Bodygraph.com subscription is canceled, the associated website will be immediately suspended.
- Website data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation. After this period, it will be permanently deleted.
Service & Maintenance
- Bodygraph.com does not provide design, development, or website maintenance services. These responsibilities fall on the subscriber.
- Bodygraph.com only provides maintenance and support for the Website Builder’s tools and features.
Website Security & Third-Party Services
- Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their websites.
- If subscribers hire third-party developers or assistants, they do so at their own risk and must take necessary precautions to protect their data and credentials.
- Bodygraph.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised website content.
Data Collection, Storage & Security
- Websites built with the Bodygraph.com Website Builder are securely stored and monitored on designated servers.
- Websites are non-exportable and cannot be transferred to other platforms.
- Subscribers are responsible for clearly informing their website visitors about data collection practices, including the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- If third-party services (e.g., newsletters, data collection tools) are used, subscribers are fully responsible for handling, storing, and securing the collected data.
- Subscribers must ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and respond to client requests for data deletion when necessary.
Lost Content & Accidental Deletion
- Content lost due to third-party service providers or accidental deletion cannot be restored.
- Bodygraph.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted data due to subscriber actions or third-party involvement.
Website Builder Updates & Upgrades
- Bodygraph.com is committed to continuously improving the Website Builder and its features.
- Minor updates will be communicated to subscribers via email.
- Bodygraph.com reserves the right to make major updates to Website builder. Major updates or significant changes will be announced in advance via email to all subscribers.
