Where to find the list of the sold reports?
To find the list of your sold reports through the Business Website please follow the steps listed below:
1. Select My Business Website on the left sidebar.
2. Press ‘Dashboard’ button to open backend of the business website.
3. Select ‘WooCommerce’ from the sidebar on the left and then ‘Orders’.
4. Here you will see all the orders that are made through your business website.
Note: If you want to resend the email with the link to the report for the customer, open their order and change status to Pending, click update, then change back to Complete and click update again. This will resend a report email to the customer.
