How to change font and colors for the entire document?

To change the colors or fonts for the entire document, proceed as follows:

Font:

  1. click on the text box whose font you want to change
  2. click on font selection
  3. click “Replace all”
  4. select a new font

NOTE: this will only change all the textboxes that had same font as your selected one. If other textboxes had different fonts they will remain unchanged.

If necessary, repeat this process for EVERY font you want to change in the entire document.

Color:

  1. click on the element whose color you want to change
  2. click in the color field
  3. click “Replace all”
  4. select a new color

NOTE: This feature will change all similar elements, such as fonts, graphics, and page backgrounds, that share the exact same color as the initially highlighted element. For example, if you select a white font on the first page and change it to red using ‘Change all’ feature, all elements that are white on the report, including page backgrounds, will also change to red throughout the report.

Please note that chart elements are excluded from the change, as the design is linked to “My Chart Design”.
