How to split full name to first and last name?
To split the name in the form into first and last name, proceed as follows:
- Open ‘My Chart Designs’.
- Choose your design and click on it.
- Click on ‘Birth submission form’.
- Click on ‘Settings’.
- Click on ‘Split full name to first and last name’.
- Save.
